The International PGCE Foundation: Global Competence and Pedagogical Excellence is a professional development programme designed for aspiring and practising primary and secondary school teachers who wish to strengthen their teaching practice, develop reflective thinking, and gain global pedagogical perspectives.

Delivered by professors from Oxford University and certified by the Oxford University SKOPE Centre, the programme integrates Oxford’s tutorial-based learning model with contemporary teacher education frameworks inspired by the PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) structure.

Participants will acquire the theoretical foundation and classroom-based strategies necessary to create inclusive, effective, and globally informed learning environments.
