Programme Overview
The Global Competence and Academic Leadership in Higher Education Programme is a specialised professional development initiative delivered by professors from Oxford University, certified by the Oxford University SKOPE Centre, and academically supported by the Oxford Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies (OxCHEPS).
This advanced course is designed to equip university faculty, researchers, and leaders with the competencies required to navigate the challenges of international higher education, academic leadership, and institutional transformation in a globalised context.
Grounded in the Oxford tutorial model, the programme integrates critical thinking, reflective inquiry, and leadership innovation to empower participants to foster excellence in teaching, research, and governance.
